Counties covered

A club belongs to this council when it meets in one of these 20 counties.

We did not draw this boundary. For most states we have adopted the regions already in use by the state’s own emergency management or public safety agency — the districts, areas or troops recognized by state EMA or DPS officials — so a club’s council lines up with the officials, served agencies and neighboring clubs it would work with in a real event. This council follows PEMA Eastern Area.
