Board of Directors
NARA is governed by a volunteer board that serves without compensation.
Who leads the Alliance
Directors are elected to set NARA’s strategy, approve its budget and oversee its programs. Board travel is reimbursed only against published IRS mileage and GSA lodging rates, and every reimbursement is reviewed and recorded.
President
Sets the agenda, chairs the board and represents NARA publicly.
Vice President
Supports the president and leads assigned programs.
Secretary
Keeps the minutes, the membership record and the corporate filings.
Treasurer
Maintains the accounts, files the annual return and issues reimbursements.
Directors at large
Bring regional and specialist perspectives to the board.
Committee chairs
Lead awards, outreach, the presenters panel and club support.
Board roster
Current officeholders, terms and contact details are published with the board minutes. An administrator can maintain the roster from the board portal so this page always reflects the current board.
